The Silver Alert Act was reintroduced by Representative Lloyd Doggett of
Texas as “H.R.112, To encourage, enhance, and integrate Silver Alert
plans throughout the United States, to authorize grants for the
assistance of organizations to find missing adults, and for other
purposes.”
The Silver Alert bill includes Kristen’s Act Reauthorization, which has
historically funded National Missing Adults programs.
Please take a moment to write your congressmen and askthem to co-sponsor this important piece of legislation. Please tell them why it is important that they co-sponsor H.R.112, The National Silver Alert Act.
